Guide: Add Devices to a Company in ZPE Cloud

Overview

There are different methods to associate Nodegrid appliances with a specific ZPE Cloud company: Claim ID, Transfer Key or Customer Code and Enrollment Key. These different methods provide flexibility to fit the different corporate environments and requirements.

What is Required for it to work:
  1. The Nodegrid appliance needs to be on v4.2.13 or newer. If upgrade is needed, please follow these steps: How Do I Upgrade the Software of My Nodegrid? 
  2. If unit has TPM 1.2, TPM needs to be enabled: How to: enable TPM on BIOS

Using Claim ID:

Recommended method for new and replacement systems.
