Associating Authorization Groups with Groupings of Devices



To associate users from a remote authentication service (e.g, from Radius, TACACS+, LDAP/AD user database):
  1. Create the user group using the steps in the above video
  2. Navigate to Security :: Authorization
  3. Click the name of the desired user group
  4. Click the Remote Groups tab
  5. Enter the group's name in the Remote Group Names (comma separated): field
    1. Note: This setting is case sensitive and must match the exact value as given by by the remote authentication service.
  6. Click Save
