NodeGrid Serial Console has 3 models in regards to the RJ45 pinouts:

1. NSC-Txx: Legacy pinout

2. NSC-TxxR: Straight-Cisco pinout

3. NSC-TxxS: Auto-Sense (it automatically detects serial devices' pinout for Legacy or Straight-Cisco).

Note: xx can be 16, 32, 48, or 96 (except for TxxS which is up to 48 ports)
