Modem Diagnostics Tool - Enhanced - 6.0 Release

We now have a an an enhanced modem diagnostics tool that will help in trouble shooting LTE/5G connectivity, which is available after version 6.0.X

Steps

                  1-  Go to Tracking >  Devices  > Wireless Modem > Modem Diagnostics



You will see a list of options under action with a number of different parameters that can be checked such as:

- General Diagnostics
- Listing modems
- General Modem Information
- Network Access Service Information
- Device Management Service Information
- Wireless Data Service Information
- User Identity Module Information
- Common AT Commands
- Get Location Information
- All Available Actions

                     2-     Click on General Diagnostics



         3-     Click on Listing modems



     4-     Click on General Modem Information


     5-     Click on Network Access Service Information



     6-     Click on Device Management Service Information



     7-     Click on Wireless Data Service Information



     8-     Click on User Identity Module Information



     9-     Click on Common AT Commands



     10-     Click on Get Location Information



     11-     Click on All Available Actions




 After the Run you can also download any of the diagnostic data for analyzing purposes.
