NSCP in gateway Mode

NSCP in gateway Mode

Configuring NSCP in gateway Mode

Just like the SR series, the NSCP can also now be configured in a gateway mode profile. This is a new feature that has been added in Nodegrid release 5.10. This is a requirement for true ZTP over LTE. For gateway mode profile, the following need to be accomplished:
  1. The device need to be in gateway mode.
  2. ZPE Cloud need to be enabled by default.
  3. LTE interface to come up and enabled by default.

To enable NSCP in gateway modeLogin as admin in WebUI, go to,

        -  System> Tool Kit > Restore Factory Default Setting

 - Check Gateway Mode

 -  Upon System Reboot, please note the BRIDGE interface is called "lanbrd" with a default address of 192.168.10.1/24

   -  "lanbrd" is mapped/bridged to both interfaces eth1 & sfp1 on the NSCP.

   -  The ZPE Cloud will be enabled by default.

   -  The LTE interface (CELLULAR) will also come up by default.
