Troubleshoot: Device Offline, How to Restart the ZPE Cloud agent
The ZPE Cloud agent is responsible for the connection between your Nodegrid device and the ZPE Cloud. In some situations, restarting the agent can be helpful to solve connection problems. This procedure is useful for units that had already connected to ZPE Cloud, at least once.
Restart from GUI
1. Login to your Nodegrid GUI as admin.
2. Navigate to Security :: Services :: General Services
3. Under ZPE Cloud uncheck the checkbox Enable ZPE Cloud. Click Save.
4. Enable the option Enable ZPE Cloud again, click Save.
Restart from shell
1. Login to your Nodegrid CLI as admin. Go to shell using shell sudo su -
2. Run the command /etc/init.d/zpe_cloud_agent restart
