How to register for the ZPE Support Portal

Customers can sign up to have access to our Support Portal here:

https://support.zpesystems.com/portal/en/signup

The ZPE Support Portal grants access to many Knowledge Base articles that are not publically available. It also grants access to create, view, and manage tickets linked with the associated organization. Note that the Support Portal does not contain upgrade ISO files; for this access please email the request to support@zpesystems.com.

Accounts are usually approved within 1-2 business days. Please be sure to sign up using your organization's domain; requests from free email services (i.e. gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc) will be rejected. If there are any questions or concerns about signing up, please email support@zpesystems.com.
