Can You Confirm that the Label on the Bottom of the NodeGrid Appliance is as follows: MAC1 is for Eth0 and MAC2 is for Eth1?

That's correct.

MAC1 information relates to ETH0 port.
MAC2 information relates to ETH1 port.

This information is on the label placed on the bottom of the appliance. It is also available on the outside of the cardboard box.
