Can PoE interfaces have power while data connectivity is disabled?

Can PoE interfaces have power while data connectivity is disabled?

For PoE interfaces, the power and data are configured independently.  When the PoE option is set to Enabled and Network Status is set to Disabled, connected devices will continue to receive power.
